Anndrea Lampkin | MSN, FNP-C
Anndrea is the proud owner of Allure Aesthetics of Gray. Anndrea has over 20 years of healthcare experience. The majority of her background is in Emergency Medicine. However, Anndrea wanted to bring Aesthetics to her community for many reasons which led to the creation of Allure Aesthetics. Aesthetics can be overwhelming to those who are not familiar with the services, but at Allure we strive to ease the anxiety of any aesthetic procedure and leave you feeling your personal best and more confident in your own skin.
Chris Criswell | MSN, AG-ACNP
Chris is the proud co-owner of Allure Aesthetics and a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in critical care. He began his nursing career in the CVICU at Navicent Health and went on to serve more than a decade as a Flight Nurse with AirEvac Lifeteam, providing life-saving care to patients in emergency situations.
Currently, Chris practices as a Nurse Practitioner in the Trauma-Surgical Department at Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta, Georgia, where he continues to refine his advanced clinical skills. Despite his professional commitments, his love for Gray and the Jones County community keeps him closely connected to home.
Outside of work, Chris proudly volunteers with the Jones County Volunteer Fire and Rescue and stays actively involved in community service.
At Allure Aesthetics, Chris brings his clinical expertise and passion for wellness to support patients through our Weight Loss Program, Hormone Optimization, IV Hydration, and Microneedling services.

Lauren Mills | MSN, NP-C
Lauren joined Allure Aesthetics in 2024. She was born and raised in Western North Carolina and moved to Gray, GA in 2015. She attended Western Carolina University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia College & State University in 2021. Her nursing background is primarily in the ER and she has worked in gastroenterology and pediatric urgent care as a Nurse Practitioner.
She and her husband, Brent, have two children, and they attend Northridge Christian Church in Milledgeville. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, reading, traveling and baking.

Sophia Peebles | LPN
Sophia is an experienced ER nurse, currently working full time here at Allure. Sophia was raised in Gray and graduated from Jones County High School.
Sophia is married to Patrick Peebles who is a Gray Firefighter and they live locally in Gray, GA. In her free time she enjoys playing with her nieces and nephews, exercising, and reading.
Sophia serves here at Allure with our weight loss program, IV Hydration, Chemical Peels, PRX, Laser Hair Removal, IPL Treatments and Hydrafacials.

Kaylee Jones | RN
Kaylee grew up locally in Jones County and she is happily married to her husband Isaiah. They have one fur baby named Magic. You can typically find them binging a tv series or searching for new recipes to cook on her off-days!
Kaylee started her career as an RN in the emergency room. She made the switch over to aesthetics and joined the Allure team in 2024 (No one told her how much fun aesthetics is!). She is thrilled to offer her services here at Allure, while also learning the latest and greatest to help you feel your best!
